摘　　要：对照水利部印发的安全生产风险管控“六项”机制,结合基层水管单位工程特点和管理现状,在风险“查找、研判、预警、防范、处置和责任”等六个方面有针对性研究落实具体管理措施,实现风险有效管控、隐患及时消除,促进管理单位安全风险度持续走低。According to the“six mechanisms”of safety production risk management and control issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,and combined with the characteristics and management status of grass-roots water management units,the specific management measures are targeted in the six aspects,including risk identification,research and judgment,early warning,prevention,treatment and responsibility,so as to achieve effective risk control and timely elimination of hidden dangers,and the safety risk degree of the management unit continues to decline.
