摘 要:针对某企业高频振动筛在工作过程中出现的破坏问题,采用现场勘察、化学成分分析、宏观检查、金相检验、力学试验等技术手段来检测振动筛筛体产生裂纹与开裂的原因。结果表明:侧板焊接件,焊缝热影响区出现魏氏组织铁素体,是造成其承载时发生开裂的主要原因。因此,在高频振动筛设计与制造时,应该保证筛体焊接处的质量,此研究也为振动筛行业设备安全生产提供参考。In view of the damage problem of high-frequency vibrating screen in the working process of an enterprise,technical means such as on-site investigation,chemical composition analysis,macro inspection,metallographic examination,mechanical test and so on are used to detect the causes of cracks and cracks in the vibrating screen body.The results show that the main reason for the cracking of side plate weldments is the occurrence of Widmanstatten ferrite in the heat affected zone of the weld.Therefore,in the design and manufacture of high-frequency vibrating screen,the quality of the welding part of the screen body should be guaranteed.This study also provides a reference for the safety production of equipment in the vibrating screen industry.
