摘  要:为进一步动用玛湖致密油藏原油,提高采出效率,根据毛细管渗吸理论,研制出适用于玛湖凹陷百口泉组渗吸用压裂驱油剂SL-5,并开展了界面张力、乳化性能、润湿性、渗吸效率等性能的室内评价实验。实验研究表明:在储层条件下,质量分数为0.2%的SL-5与玛湖原油的油水界面张力能够达到10^(-1)mN/m的数量级水平,该体系与原油乳化程度较轻,静态渗效率可达到42.59%;同时该体系能够将石英片的润湿性由油湿改善为水湿状态;核磁共振表明,SL-5可以进入弛豫时间小于1 ms的小孔隙,大幅度提高渗吸波及体积。在玛18井区选取14口停产/低产直井开展SL-5的现场实验,日均产油5.05 t,相较于压裂驱油剂注入前日均产油增加4.21 t,为玛湖油田效益开发提供了重要技术支撑。In order to further develop the crude oil of Mahu tight reservoir and improve the recovery efficiency,the oil-displacement fracturing fluid SL-5 suitable for imbibition of Baikouquan formation in Mahu was developed according to the capillary imbibition theory.And the evaluation experiments of interfacial tension,emulsifying performance,wettability and imbibition efficiency were carried out.The experimental study shows that under reservoir conditions,the oil-water interfacial tension between SL-5 with mass fraction of 0.2%and Mahu crude oil can reach the order of 10^(-1) mN/m,the emulsification degree between SL-5 and crude oil is light,and the static permeability efficiency can reach 42.59%.At the same time,SL-5 can improve the wettability of quartz chips from oil to water wet;NMR shows that SL-5 can enter small pores with relaxation time less than 1ms and greatly improve the imbibition and sweep volume.The field test of oil-displacement fracturing fluid SL-5 was carried out in 14 discontinued or low production vertical wells in Ma18 well block.The average daily oil production is 5.05 t which increases by 4.21 t than without it,providing important technical support for the development of Mahu oilfield.
