摘  要:为研究高压方波脉冲电场内油包水乳液中水滴的成链及碰撞特性,基于水滴极化运动理论,并采用扇形非均匀电场进行显微实验。结果表明:水滴成链速度随电压单调递增,但电压过大会加剧链上水滴的聚结,而破坏水滴排列影响成链速度;成链速度随频率的增加先增大后减小,当频率为300 Hz时有极大值0.251 5μm/s。小水滴向大水滴运动并发生碰撞,而尺寸相近的水滴做相向运动;塑性碰撞发生后,小水滴液膜破裂并融入到大水滴中聚结为一个水滴,且增大电压和减小频率,聚结行为显著增强。频率对碰撞速度的影响最大,其次是体积差和电压。得到了电压、频率和体积差对水滴极化后运动的影响规律,为电破乳器的研制提供借鉴。In order to study the chain formation and collision characteristics of droplets in water-in-oil(W/O)emulsions in a high-voltage square-wave pulsed electric fields,microscopic experiments were conducted based on the theory of polarized motion of droplets using a fan-shaped non-uniform electric field.The results show that the chain-forming speed of droplets increases monotonically with the voltage,and the excessive voltage increases the degree of aggregation of droplets on the chain which will destroy the arrangement of droplets and affect the chain-forming speed.The chain-forming speed increases and then decreases with the increase of frequency,and there is a great value of 0.2515μm/s when the frequency is 300 Hz.Small droplets move toward and collide with larger droplets,while droplets of similar size move in opposite directions.After the plastic collision occurs,the small droplet liquid film breaks and merges into the large droplet to agglomerate into one droplet,and the agglomeration behavior is significantly enhanced by increasing the voltage and decreasing the frequency.The frequency has the greatest effect on collision velocity,followed by volume difference and voltage.The effects of voltage,frequency and volume difference on the motion of water droplets after polarization are obtained,and provide a reference for the development of electric breastbreakers.
