摘 要:文章在棉/Coolbst导湿面料研究的基础上引入环保型甲壳素抗菌材料,以制备甲壳素抗菌吸湿排汗复合功能面料。对样品进行导湿性能测试发现,随着面料中Coolbst纤维含量的增加,织物导湿性能逐渐提升,主要表现为芯吸高度、蒸发速率不断增加;在研制含棉导湿面料时,降低Coolbst纤维比例,纬向导湿位移下降速度明显快于经向导湿位移下降速度。通过样品抗菌性能测试发现:当甲壳素抗菌纤维在甲壳素抗菌黏胶/棉混纺纱中达到50%时,复合面料的抗菌性能显著提高;当混纺纱中的甲壳素抗菌纤维接近70%时,即使增加抗菌纤维的混纺比例,复合面料的抗菌性能变化也不大。Based on the research of cotton/Coolbst moisture conductive fabric,this paper introduces environmental friendly chitin antibacterial material to prepare chitin antibacterial moisture absorption and perspiration composite functional fabric.The moisture conductivity test of the sample showed that with the increase of the content of Coolbst fiber in the fabric,the moisture conductivity of the fabric gradually increased,mainly reflected in the increasing wicking height and evaporation rate;when developing cotton containing moisture conductive fabrics,reducing the proportion of Coolbst fibers results in a significantly faster decrease in weft guided moisture displacement than in warp guided moisture displacement.The antibacterial performance of the composite fabric was significantly improved when the chitin antibacterial fiber reached 50%in the chitin antibacterial viscose/cotton blended yarn;when the chitin antibacterial fiber in the blended yarn is close to 70%,even if the blending ratio of antibacterial fibers is increased,the antibacterial performance of the composite fabric has little change.
