手排法在动物毛绒纤维长度测试中的应用分析

摘　　要：在纤维细度相同的情况下,纺纱性能的好坏、纱线及其制成品的强力都与纤维长度有关。在山羊绒(无毛绒)的交易中,细度和长度是影响价格的主要因素,纤维细度越小、长度越大,则价格越高。由于我国是全球第一大贸易进出口国,动物毛绒纤维长度的测试在纺织工业中占据重要地位,做好对动物毛绒纤维长度的检验至关重要。文章对应用手排法测试几种动物毛绒纤维长度的标准进行了详细的梳理,以便使用者在测试不同动物毛绒纤维的长度时选择相应的标准。Under the same fiber fineness,the quality of spinning performance and the strength of yarn and its finished products are all related to fiber length.In cashmere(lintless)trading,fineness and length are the main factors affecting the price,the smaller the fiber fineness and the longer the length,the higher the price.As China is the world’s largest trade import and export country,testing the length of animal plush fiber plays an important role in the textile industry,and it is crucial to do a good job in testing the length of animal plush fiber.This paper sorts out the standards for measuring the length of several animal plush fibers using the array diagram method in detail,so that users can choose the corresponding standards when testing the length of different animal plush fiber.
