摘 要:倾斜煤层由于其特殊的地层特性,所开采巷道的围岩应力呈现出非对称特征,使得倾斜煤层巷道支护难度高于水平煤层。为了解决严重影响巷道稳定的不平衡应力以及原有支护过剩等问题,以山西黄岩汇5301工作面为实例,通过数值模拟软件FLAC3D分析不同锚索排布、角度、顶锚杆数量条件下的直角梯形巷道的围岩应力,确定最优支护参数。结果表明,当锚索呈“3-3-3”排布且垂直于巷道顶板,顶锚杆数量为6时,数值模拟效果最优,同时根据现场矿压观测结果,优化后的支护参数可以有效保障直角梯形巷道的稳定性。Due to the special stratum characteristics of inclined coal seam,the surrounding rock stress of the mining roadway presents asymmetric characteristics,which makes the support difficulty of inclined coal seam roadway higher than that of horizontal coal seam.In order to solve the unbalanced stress that seriously affected the stability of the roadway and the surplus of the original support,No.5301 Face of Shanxi Huangyanhui Mine was taken as an example,the surrounding rock stress of the right angle trapezoid roadway under the conditions of different anchor cable arrangement,angle and number of top bolts was analyzed by the numerical simulation software FLAC3D,so as to determine the optimal support parameters.The results showed that the numerical simulation effect was optimal when the anchor cables were arranged in"3-3-3"and perpendicular to the roadway roof,and the number of roof bolts was 6.At the same time,according to the field observation results of rock pressure,the optimized support parameters could effectively guarantee the stability of the right angle trapezoid roadway.
