摘 要:陆成煤业在开采5号煤层形成大量积水老采空区,积水存在通过导水裂隙带流入3号煤层工作面,形成水害危险的可能性。对5号、3号煤层进行模拟开采,分析采空区积水的危害性,提出老采空区积水探放和相邻采空区设计防水墙的方法进行水害防治。在1220工作面实际应用中表明,开采作业稳定持续120 d,工作面顺利开采430 m,采煤量达5.23万t,开采过程中并未发生涌水,采空区积水得到了有效的控制。Lucheng Coal Industry formed a large number of accumulated water old mined-out areas in the mining of No.5 coal seam.There was a possibility that accumulated water would flow into the working face of No.3 coal seam through the water conduction fracture zone,forming the risk of water damage.The simulated mining of No.5 and No.3 coal seams was carried out,and the harm of water accumulation in goaf was analyzed.The method of detecting and releasing water in old goaf and designing waterproof wall in adjacent goaf was put forward to prevent and control water damage.In the practical application of No.1220 face,it was showed that the mining operation was stable for 120 days,the working face was smoothly mined for 430 m,the coal mining volume was 52300 t,there was no water inflow during the mining process,and the water accumulation in the goaf was effectively controlled.
