摘  要:共聚甲醛产品的质量受到原材料质量、聚合反应、反应后处理效果、添加剂种类等多种因素影响。实践证明,聚合反应的好坏决定了共聚甲醛的生产的最终产品质量。原料中水分、甲醇、甲酸等杂质、反应温度,链引发剂、转移剂、终止剂等加入比例,对聚合反应的影响巨大,甚至难以引发聚合反应。聚合反应可以分为链引发、链增长、链转移、链终止4个阶段。聚合反应产生的聚甲醛原粉链端存在半缩醛端基,对热极不稳定,需要进行封端稳定化处理,添加抗氧剂等助剂后进行造粒,最终得到合格产品。The quality of copolymerized formaldehyde products was associated with raw material quality,polymerization reaction,reaction after treatment effect,additive type and many other factors.The practice had proved that the polymerization reaction determines the final product quality of the production of copolymeric formaldehyde.Impurities such as moisture,methanol,formic acid in raw materials,reaction temperature,and the inclusion ratio of chain initiator,transfer agent,terminator,and these effects on polymerization are so great that it is difficult to initiate polymerization.Polymerization reaction could be divided into four stages:chain initiation,chain growth,and chain transfer and chain termination.There was a semi-acetal terminal group at the end of the polyformaldehyde original powder chain produced by the polymerization reaction,which is extremely unstable to the heat,so it needs to be sealed and stabilized.After adding additives such as antioxidant,granulation was carried out,and finally qualified products were obtained.
