摘  要:以2年生拧筋槭嫩枝为试验材料,采用生长素NAA、IBA,浓度0、500、1000、1500 mg/L和速蘸时间0、5、10、15 min,研究拧筋槭嫩枝扦插技术,探讨生长素种类、浓度和时间对拧筋槭嫩枝扦插生根的影响,试验中发现不同浓度IBA、不同速蘸时间对拧筋槭根数和根径影响显著,对根长影响不显著;在相同NAA与速蘸时间处理下(NAA 1000 mg/L、速蘸时间10 min),IBA为1500 mg/L浓度下根数最多,最大值50.67条,比在500 mg/L根数值33.33条大52%,在0 mg/L下根径值最大0.89 mm,比500 mg/L下根径值0.56 mm大58.9%,比在1500 mg/L下根径值0.67 mm大32.8%;不同浓度NAA对拧筋槭根数、根长、根茎的粗度影响均不显著;在相同的IBA与NAA浓度处理下(IBA1000 mg/L、NAA1000 mg/L),不同速蘸时间对拧筋槭在根数上影响显著,对根长、根茎的粗度影响不显著,速蘸5 min下根数最大值97.2条,比0 min下根数值28.4条大242.3%;速蘸10 min下根茎的粗度最大值0.71mm,比15 min根径值0.54 mm大31.5%,比在0 min下根茎粗度值0.67mm大5.97%。The softwood of 2-year Acer triflorum was used as the experimental material with auxin NAA,IBA,concentration of 0mg/L,500 mg/L,1000mg/L,1500mg/L and time of 0 min,5 min,10 min,15 min.By studying the cutting technology of Acer triflorum,the influence of auxin type,concentration and time on the cutting rooting of Acer triflorum was discussed,and the key technology of the best concentration and time to improve the rooting rate and quality of Acer triflorum was found,which laid the foundation for the establishment of excellent breeding system in the future.It was found that different concentrations of IBA and dipping time had significant effects on the number and diameter of root of Acer triflorum,but had no significant effects on root length;Under the same concentration ofNAA and quick dipping time(NAA1000 mg/L and quick dipping time 10 min),the maximum number of roots reached 50.67 at 1500 mg/L IBA concentration,which was 52%larger than that at 500 mg/L,and the maximum root diameter was 0.89 mm at 0 mg/L.The root diameter was 58.9%higher than that of 0.56mm under 500 mg/L and 32.8%higher than that of 0.67 mm under 1500 mg/L;The effects of different concentrations of NAA on root number,root length and root diameter were not significant;Under the same IBA and NAA concentrations(IBA1000 mg/L and NAA1000 mg/L),the different quick dipping time had significant effects on the number of roots,but not on the root length and diameter of Acer triflorum.The maximum number of roots was 97.2 at 5s,242.3%more than that of28.4 at 0 min,the maximum root diameter is 0.71 mm at 10 min,which is 31.5%larger than that of 0.54 mm at 15min and 5.97%larger than that of 0.67 mm at 0 min.
