摘  要:本研究对花楸、忍冬、茶条槭、辽东栎的抗旱性进行了评价,选取乌兰察布地区优良乡土树种花楸、忍冬、茶条槭、辽东栎3~5年生苗木为研究对象,通过造林试验定植上述苗木并进行抚育管理,8月停止浇水,待田间持水量为45%~50%时,检测各树种的渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素等生理指标,并应用SPSS软件和隶属函数进行分析。结果表明,各树种的隶属函数值由大到小依次是忍冬0.70、花楸0.54、茶条槭0.38、辽东栎0.37;各树种的抗旱性强弱依次为忍冬>花楸>茶条槭>辽东栎。The drought resistance of Rowan,Lonicera,Acer camellia and Quercus liaodong was evaluated.Method:Methods In this study,biannual seedlings of native tree species such as Rodendron,honeysuckle,Acer campleatum and Quercus Liaodong in Wulanchabu area were selected as the research objects.The seedlings were planted and managed through afforestation experiment.Watering was stopped in August,and physiological indexes such as antioxidant enzyme activity,osmotic regulatory substances,malondialdehyde and chlorophyll of each tree species were detected when the field water capacity was 45%-50%.SPSS software and membership function were used for analysis.The membership function values of each tree species were 0.7lonicera,0.54 Rowan,0.38 Acer and 0.37 Quercus liaotungensis in descending order.The drought resistance of each species was in the order of Lonicera>Sorwan>Acer camellia>Quercus liaotungensis.
