摘　　要：从野生黑木耳材料中,分离、纯化得到25个不同菌株,通过生物学特性和拮抗试验,选出8个独立菌株。综合测定8个菌株的长满袋天数、污染率、耳片形状及颜色、干木耳子实体产量四个指标,HM07表现优异,是适合在该地区栽培的菌株。25 different strains were isolated and purified from wild Auricularia auricula collected in Daxing'an Mountains.By observing the biological characteristics of each strain and through antagonistic test,8 independent strains were selected.Based on the four indexes of full bag days,pollution rate,ear shape and color and dry ear fruiting body yield of 8 strains,HM07 has excellent performance and is suitable for cultivation in this area.
