摘　　要：目的:探讨适合我国国情的吞咽专科护士角色定位。方法:采用质性研究方法,对吞咽专科护士、护理管理者、康复医师、言语治疗师进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步法进行资料分析。结果:提炼出吞咽专科护士角色定位5个主题:吞咽障碍护理实践者、跨学科合作者、团队间支持监督者、吞咽障碍护理领导者、吞咽障碍护理教育者。结论:吞咽专科护士工作贯穿吞咽障碍病人康复全过程,其工作是吞咽障碍康复管理中不可或缺的部分,吞咽障碍专科领域人员应重视吞咽专科护士角色定位的发展要求。Objective:To explore the role orientation of swallowing specialist nurses suitable forChina′s national conditions.Methods:Qualitative research method was adopted in this study.The semi-structured interviews were conducted with swallowing nurses,nursing managers,rehabilitation physicians,and speech therapists,and the data were analyzed using the Colaizzi seven-step method.Results:A total of five themes were extracted for the role orientation of swallowing specialist nurses:swallowing disorder nursing practitioner,interdisciplinary collaborator,inter-team support supervisor,swallowing disorder nursing leader,and swallowing disorder nursing educator.Conclusions:The work of swallowing specialist nurses run through the whole process of rehabilitation of patients with swallowing disorders,and their work is an indispensable part of the rehabilitation management of swallowing disorders.Personnel in the field of swallowing disorders should pay attention to the development requirements of the role of swallowing specialist nurses.
