摘　　要：作为中国式现代化的基本特质,共同富裕明确了中国式现代化道路与西方现代化道路的伦理界别,型构了独属于中国式现代化的新型伦理结构。共同富裕确定了资本服务于人民的基本原则,以社会主义的劳动正义取代了资本主义法权正义所掩盖的“资本正义”,是对中国式现代化实质正义的确证;共同富裕要求充分发挥人民的主体性与创造性,坚持以人民为中心取代以资本为中心的发展逻辑,实现对经济-民生、文化-精神、环境-生态、法治-权利等诸伦理领域的全覆盖,是对中国式现代化人民性的守卫;共同富裕作为全民性富裕,破除了以少数人富裕为必然逻辑的西方现代化程式,以“富富与共”的开放性思维与世界各国共享本国发展红利,以生态文明为导向构造人类文明永续富裕繁荣,是对中国式现代化责任性的彰显。As the basic characteristic of Chinese path to modernization,common prosperity clarifies the ethical distinction between Chinese modernization and western modernization,and forms a new ethical structure that is unique to Chinese path to modernization.Common prosperity defines the basic principle that capital serves the people,and replaces the“capital justice”concealed by capitalist legal justice with socialist labor justice,which is the confirmation of the substantive justice of Chinese path to modernization.Common prosperity requires giving full play to the people’s subjectivity and creativity,adhering to the development logic of taking the people as the center instead of capital as the center,realizing the full coverage of various ethical fields such as economy and people’s livelihood,culture and spirit,environment and ecology,and rule of law and rights etc.,which is a guard of the national character of Chinese path to modernization.As the prosperity of the whole people,common prosperity breaks the western modernization formula that takes the prosperity of a few people as the inevitable logic,shares the dividends of national development with the countries around the world with the open thinking of“getting rich and sharing with each other”,and constructs the sustainable prosperity of human civilization guided by ecological civilization,which is a manifestation of the responsibility of Chinese path to modernization.
