摘  要:某市现状2万m^(3)/d污水厂进水来源为锂电新能源、医药、机电、新材料等工业企业排放的生产废水及部分生活污水。目前,该厂已超负荷运行,急需进行扩建。依据发展规划,扩建新征用地需在现有厂区外围开挖山体。为减少工程投资,必须严格控制用地。根据进水性质、工程紧迫性,采用工艺需具有耐冲击负荷性强、工程启动快、出水水质稳定等特点。考虑现状一期膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺的高电耗问题,采用了一种新型厌氧-缺氧-好氧-快速生化污水处理技术(AAO-RPIR),文中主要介绍工程的设计特点及实际运行情况。与一期现状2万m^(3)/d MBR运行数据对比分析,该工艺对主要污染物去除效果高效可靠,对COD_(Cr)、SS、TP、TN及氨氮的去除率分别为89%、91%、75%、50%及98%,与MBR工艺基本无差别。但相对于MBR工艺,RPIR工艺能节约用电50%以上,吨水节约用地0.06 m^(2),节省膜更换费用。本工程设计、运行结果可为其他类似污水厂提标改造及扩容设计提供新思路。The current influent water of 20000 m^(3)/d wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in a city comes from production wastewater and part of domestic wastewater discharged by industrial enterprises such as lithium new energy,medicine,mechanical and electrical,and new materials.At present,the WWTP is overloaded and in urgent need of expansion.According to the development plan,the new requisitioned land for expansion needs to excavate the mountain outside the existing factory.In order to reduce the project investment,the land use must be strictly controlled.According to the nature of the influent and the urgency of the project,the process needs to be strong impact load resistance,quick start of the project,water quality stability and other characteristics.Considering the high power consumption of current membrane bio-reactor(MBR)process of first phase I,this project adopts a new type of anaerobic-anoxic-oxicrapid purification of wastewater using sedimentation integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor(AAO-RPIR).The design characteristics and actual operation of this project is mainly introduced in this paper.Compared with the operation data of the phase I of 20000 m3/d MBR,the process is efficient and reliable in removing the main pollutants,and the removal rates of CODCr,SS,TP,TN and ammonia nitrogen are 89%,91%,75%,50%and 98%,respectively,which is basically no different from that of the MBR process.However,compared with MBR process,RPIR process can save more than 50% of electricity,0.06 m2 land of per ton water and membrane replacement cost.The engineering design and operation results can provide new ideas for the upgrading and expansion design of other similar WWTPs.
