摘  要:污水处理厂碳减排是实现“双碳”目标的重要组成部分,进行污水处理厂污染物削减过程碳排放核算,了解其碳排量数据,对污水处理厂碳减排措施的实施具有指导作用。研究以宁波某新建污水处理厂为对象,采用联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)指南方法及现行污水处理厂温室气体核算指南、规范等推荐参数,进行污染物去除过程产生的温室气体排放量核算。结果表明,宁波某新建污水处理厂污染物去除过程中温室气体排放量为42 018.5 t CO_(2)-eq/a,最大温室气体排放源为电力消耗。针对核算结果,在污水处理厂设计过程中选择低碳处理工艺,并给出污水处理厂低碳运行建议。文中采用的碳排放核算方法及工程设计中的低碳减排措施和建议,可为同类污水处理厂碳减排研究提供参考。Reduction of carbon emission in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)plays an important role of achieving the“dualcarbon”goal.Accounting of carbon emissions in the process of pollutant reduction in WWTPs,and understanding the carbon emission data have directly guidance effect on carbon emission reduction measures in WWTPs.It takes a WWTP in Ningbo as an example,and uses the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC)guideline method and accords the recommended parameters such as the current greenhouse gas accounting guidelines and specifications for WWTPs to account greenhouse gas emissions during the pollutant removal process.The results show that the greenhouse gas emissions of the WWTP in Ningbo is 42018.5 t CO2-eq/a,and the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions is electricity consumption.The low-carbon treatment process is selected in the design process according to the accounting results,and the low-carbon operation suggestions of the WWTP are given.The accounting methods of carbon emission used in this paper and the measures and suggestions of low-carbon emission reduction in the engineering design can provide a reference for the carbon emission reduction research of similar WWTPs.
