摘　　要：为了验证新研制D型肉毒毒素矿化颗粒灭鼠剂大面积防治沙鼠的效果,本试验采用人工投放毒饵的方法,以8万MLD/g矿化颗粒毒饵为试验组,以2%浓度的D型肉毒素小麦毒饵为参照组,同时设置空白对照组,进行荒漠草原沙鼠和跳鼠的区域防治试验,采用封洞法检查灭效,平均灭洞率分别为98.32%、98.98%。试验结果证实,矿化颗粒料具有使用方便快捷的特点,可作为今后荒漠草原主要害鼠鼠害防治的首选药物。In order to verify the control effect of the newly developed D type botulinum toxin mineralized pellet rodenticide on gerbils in a large area,in this study,80,000 MLD/g mineralized particle poison bait was used as experimental group,2%concentration of botulinum toxin type D wheat poison bait was used as reference group,and blank control group was set up to conduct regional control tests on gerbil and jerboa in desert grassland.The hole sealing method was used to check the killing effect.The experiment results showed that the average control effect reached 98.32%and 98.98%respectively,and under the same killing effect,the mineralized granular material has the characteristics of convenient,fast and efficient use,and can be used as one of the preferred rodenticides for the control of main rodents in the desert grassland in the future.
