摘  要:针对普速铁路现有线路通过总重计算方法的计算结果过于宽泛、难以进行钢轨精细化大修预测等问题,提出精细化线路通过总重计算方法及钢轨精细化大修预测方法。以某条铁路线段的F车站为例,计算其股道的通过总重,验证钢轨精细化大修预测方法的可行性。验证结果表明,该方法能够提高线路通过总重计算的精度,精细化地预测钢轨大修周期。In response to the problems of the calculation results of the existing passing gross weight calculation method for ordinary speed railway lines being too broad and difficult to predict the refined overhaul of steel rails,this paper proposed a refined passing gross weight calculation method and a refined overhaul prediction method for steel rails.The paper took the F station of a certain railway section as an example to calculate the track passing gross weight of the railway line and verify the feasibility of the refined overhaul of steel rail prediction method.The validation results indicate that this method can improve the accuracy of calculating the passing gross weight of the railway line and accurately predict the steel rail overhaul cycle.
