摘  要:文章介绍了硫酸镁的传统生产方法,在分析传统工艺流程及优缺点的基础上,介绍了海水综合利用生产硫酸镁的新工艺,解决了膜法处理海水中的无机结垢问题,降低能耗,提高氯化钠以及淡水的收率。新工艺不仅拓宽海水综合利用的产业链,也为海水淡化技术发展指明方向,有望实现海水资源的全生命周期利用,并为海水淡化产业持续发展提供借鉴。In this article,the traditional production method of magnesium sulfate is introduced,based on the analysis of the traditional process flow and advantages and disadvantages,the new technology of comprehensive utilization of seawater to produce magnesium sulfate is introduced,which solved the problem of membrane method to treat the inorganic scale in seawater,reduced energy consumption,and increased the yield of sodium chloride and fresh water.The new process not only broadens the industrial chain of comprehensive utilization of seawater,but also pointed out the direction for the development of desalination technology.It is expected to realize the utilization of seawater resources in the whole life cycle,and provided a reference for the sustainable development of desalination industry.
