摘　　要：基于医院SPD医用耗材管理模式进行风险评价分析,通过专家咨询法确定SPD管理中的风险指标及权重系数,并对风险指标(组织结构风险、制度设计风险、验收风险、分包风险、配送风险、信息安全风险、结算考核风险)进行一致性分析。将风险评估体系应用于样本医院SPD医用耗材管理风险评估,为提升医院SPD模式下医用耗材管理风险识别及工作效能提供参考。Based on the management model of hospital SPD medical consumables,the risk index and weight coefficient of SPD management were determined by expert consultation method,the consistency of risk indicators(organizational structure risk,system design risk,acceptance risk,subcontracting risk,distribution risk,information security risk,settlement risk)is analyzed.And applied to the sample hospital SPD medical supplies management risk assessment,to enhance the hospital SPD model medical supplies management risk identification and work efficiency to provide a reference.
