摘　　要：目的:通过研究各省份全科医生数量的变化,分析全科医生队伍建设过程的区域差异和特点,为进一步促进医疗卫生事业的高质量发展提供科学依据。方法:收集整理2012-2019年各地医疗卫生与经济发展相关统计资料,使用描述性统计分析和回归模型分析法对省级地区间的全科医生培养现状进行研究。结果:截至2019年,江苏省人均全科医生数最多,山西、江西和陕西三省最少;回归结果显示研究期间多数年份人均地区GDP与全科医生增速间具备显著的负向关系,建设成果在不同地区有很大差异。结论:全科医生队伍建设总体成果显著但依然任重道远;相关政策对经济欠发达地区的促进效应明显,显著缩小了省份间差距,但仍有部分省份发展相对滞后,应总结原因并在未来积极改善。Objective:By studying the changes in the number of general practitioners(GP)in each province of China,we analyze the regional differences and characteristics of the process of a building GP workforce and provide a scientific basis for further promoting the high-quality development of public health care.Methods:Statistics related to health care and economic development were collected and collated from 2012-2019 across regions,and descriptive statistical analysis and regression models were used to study the current status of GP among provincial regions in China.Results:The highest number of general practitioners per capita in Jiangsu province and the lowest in Shanxi,Jiangxi,and Shanxi provinces as of 2019;the regression results showed a significant negative relationship between regional GDPs per capita and GP growth rate in most years of the study period,with construction achievements varying significantly across regions.Conclusion:China’s GP workforce has generally achieved a remarkable scale but still has a long way to go;relevant policies have significantly promoted the lagging regions and narrowed the gap between provinces,but some provinces are still lagging behind,and the reasons for this should be summarized and actively improved in the future.
