摘 要:目的:通过对北京地区呼吸专科医师能力现状进行综合评价和深入分析,挖掘存在的问题,并提出能力提升的路径建议,为呼吸学科人才队伍建设提供指导。方法:邀请北京地区201名呼吸医师对目前北京地区呼吸专科医师的55项能力现状做出评判。内容涉及两个方面:对合格的呼吸专科医师指标条目进行重要性评分;对当前北京地区呼吸专科医师能力现状做出判断。结果:北京地区呼吸专科医师能力的6个维度平均得分为3.54~4.11分,处于中等偏上水平。主要表现在科研能力、医学人文、临床亚专科技能、沟通合作、控烟认知和重视程度、终身学习和自我完善等方面存在不同程度的欠缺。结论:北京地区呼吸专科医师能力总体有很大提升空间。应建立以临床专科技能为内核,职业精神为导引,注重学术研究和人文素养提升,以终身学习为目的的呼吸与危重症医学专科医师人才培养体系。Objective:Based on the comprehensive evaluation and in-depth analysis of the competence of respiratory physicians in Beijing,we conducted research exploring the existing issues on Respiratory Specialist Ability and putting forward an improvement pathway to provide references for the cultivation of respiratory talents.Methods:A total of 201 physicians were invited to evaluate the current 55 types of competencies of respiratory physicians in Beijing.The content involves two aspects:prioritizing the index items of qualified respiratory physicians and evaluating the current competence of respiratory physicians in Beijing.Results:The average scores of the competence of respiratory physicians in Beijing along six dimensions were between 3.54 and 4.11,which were at a moderate level.The major problems faced by respiratory physicians include:There are shortcomings in academic research ability,medical humanistic knowledge,sub-specialty skills,communication and cooperation ability,awareness of tobacco control,life-long learning,and self-improvement ability.Conclusion:The overall competence of respiratory physicians in Beijing remains to be improved.It is necessary to establish the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine(PCCM)fellowship training system with clinical specialized skills as the core,professionalism as the guide,improvement on both academic research and humanistic quality as the focus,and lifelong learning as the pursuit.
