摘　　要：医院内患方跌倒不仅给患者造成了严重的身心健康损害,还给患者带来了巨大的医疗经济负担。医院内跌倒作为全球公共安全问题已引起国际社会高度重视。医院面临着患方跌倒承担的医疗和法律风险。作者通过检索中国裁判文书中2020年1月至2022年6月患方在医院跌倒的裁判文书作为研究对象,探索出目前《民法典》背景下医院内跌倒医疗法律风险,并提出相应的防范措施,从源头上防范此类医疗纠纷的发生。Falls in hospitals not only cause serious physical and mental health damage to patients but also bring a huge medical and economic burden to patients.As a global public safety issue,falls in hospitals have attracted great attention from the international community.Hospitals are faced with the medical and legal risks assumed by patient falls.The authors explored the medical and legal risks of falls in hospitals in the context of the current Civil Code by searching Chinese adjudicative documents on falls in hospitals from January 2020 to June 2022 as a research object and proposed corresponding preventive measures to prevent such medical disputes from the source.
