摘　　要：目的:了解贵州省二级以上医疗机构临床药学工作开展状况,以及医护人员和药学人员对临床药学认知度,探讨优化贵州省临床药学服务的方法,为推动临床药学服务开展提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查和访谈方式,选取贵州省15所医院(5所三级医院、10所二级医院),对其临床药学工作开展状况、医护人员和药学人员临床药学认知度进行调查。结果:药学人员对临床药学服务的认知度高于医护人员;医院等级、工作岗位、专业是药学人员对临床药学服务了解程度的影响因素(P<0.05),科室是否有临床药师是医护人员了解程度的影响因素(P<0.05);临床药学服务开展需要进一步提升深度与广度。结论:贵州省医务人员对临床药学服务总体认知度有待提升;医疗机构应优化临床药学工作人员配置,提高医护人员对临床药学服务的认知,拓展临床药学服务范围,促进临床药学服务高质量发展。Objective:To understand the status of clinical pharmacy work in medical institutions above Grade II in Guizhou Province,as well as the awareness of clinical pharmacy among the medical and nursing staff and pharmacists,and to explore ways to optimize clinical pharmacy services in Guizhou Province,so as to provide a reference for promoting the development of clinical pharmacy services.Methods:Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,15 medical institutions(5 Grade III hospitals and 10 Grade II hospitals)in Guizhou Province were selected to investigate their medical staff and pharmacists'awareness of clinical pharmacy and the status of clinical pharmacy work.Results:The pharmacist's awareness of clinical pharmacy services was higher than that of medical staff;hospital grade,job position,and specialty were factors influencing the pharmacist's understanding of clinical pharmacy services(P<0.05),and whether the department had a clinical pharmacist was a factor influencing medical staff’s understanding(P<0.05);the development of clinical pharmacy services needed further improvement in depth and breadth.Conclusion:The overall awareness of clinical pharmacy services among medical staff in Guizhou province needs to be improved;medical institutions should optimize the allocation of clinical pharmacy staff,improve the awareness of clinical pharmacy services among medical staff,expand the scope of clinical pharmacy services,and promote the high-quality development of clinical pharmacy services.
