基于风景园林视角的开封古城高质量发展策略研究

摘　　要：以蓝绿空间为主体的城市人居环境改善是“风景园林”参与城市高质量发展的重要工作内容。以开封古城2017-2022年间的城市更新改造过程为研究对象,针对开封古城蓝绿空间存在“空间格局不均衡、服务功能不完善、城市特色不鲜明、运营管理不到位、发展模式不可持续”5个现状问题,基于问题导向、目标导向以及可实施导向,提出“均衡空间格局、优化服务功能、凸显文化自信、智慧园林建设、‘低碳’可持续发展”的5个蓝绿空间高质量发展策略,为城市安全宜居、安全韧性、交通便捷3个方面提供风景园林独特的解决方案,并就风景园林行业如何在城市高质量发展各阶段充分发挥专业价值提出“顶层设计、协同融合、方法体系、数字底模”等4条建议供业界参考。The improvement of urhan lving environment with blue and green space as the main body is an important wotk content for"landscape architecture"to participate in high-quality urban development.Taking the urban renewal and tansformation process of Kaifeng ancient City during 2017-2022 as the research object,aiming at the five current problems of"unbalanced spatial pattemn,imperfect service function,unclear urban characteristics,inadequate operation and management,and unsustainable development mode"in the blue and green space of Kaifeng old City,based on the problem-oriented,goal-oriented and implemencable orientation,This paper proposcs five high-quality development stratcegics of blue and green space,namely"balanced spatial pattern,optimized service function,highlighted culturl confidence,construction of smart garden,and 1ow-carbon'sutainable development",to provide unique solutions of landscape architecure for the city in the three aspects of ecological livability,safety and resilience,and convenient transportation.In addition,four sugestions on how to give fill play to the professional value of landscape architecture industry in various stages of highquality urban development are put forward for rfcrence of kndscape architecture industry,including"top--level design,collaborative integration,method system and digital botom model".
