中国城市建设模式的演进历程及其特征

摘　　要：城市建设模式的重要性得到了学术界和实践部门的高度重视。实践部门不断推动城市建设模式从理念向实践转化。然而,目前有关城市建设模式演进的研究相对滞后。根据已出台的相关政策,识别出代表性城市建设模式。中国城市建设模式包括“荣誉称号”类城市建设模式和“试点探路”类两种,进一步厘清改革开放以来中国城市建设模式的演进历程。研究结果表明,中国城市建设理念是从“以物为本”向“以人民为中心”的演进;城市建设导向是从问题导向向目标导向和问题导向相结合的演进;城市建设路径是从部分城市试点探索向全面推广实践的演进。The city constnuction model is ofkey importance for academia and relevant practical departments,which continuously strive for applying the new theories to practice.However,the researches on the evolution of urban construction models still comparatively lag behind.Based on the issued policies,the construction models of iconic cities are identified as"honored"and"pilot",which further clealy showcases the evolution of urban construction models in China since the reform and opening up.The research indicates the following facts:the concept of urban construction in China develops from"thing centered"to"people-centered";the direction of urban construction is to be both goal-oriented and problem-oriented;and the sound experience from pilot cities is applied nationwide.
