摘 要:我国高温地热资源开发潜力较大,但针对高温地热测井技术及装备的研究却相对较少。结合西藏高温地热资源的特性,研制了一套可适应西藏高原环境的存储式高温地热测井的装备(耐温350℃、耐压60 MPa),可对高温地热井井下的温度、压力、伽马3个参数进行采集和存储,其中包括一套可记录深度的钢丝绳绞车系统,用于仪器的下放和上提,同时,研制一套可在低温(≥-30℃)户外使用的测井地面系统,用于测井数据的校深、曲线显示、回放和处理。该套装备研制完成后,在西藏谷露地热田已完成的高温地热井中开展了现场试验及应用,并获取了精确的高温地热井井下数据,验证了研制的耐高温测井装备的耐温性、适用性及稳定性。High temperature geothermal resources in China have great development potential,but the research on high temperature geothermal logging technology and equipment is relatively few;In combination with the characteristics of high-temperature geothermal resources in Tibet,we have developed a set of storage type high-temperature geothermal logging equipment(temperature resistance of 350℃ and pressure resistance of 60 MPa)that can adapt to the environment of Tibet Plateau,which can collect and store the three parameters of temperature,pressure and gamma of high-temperature geothermal wells;It includes a set of steel wire rope winch system that can record the depth,which is used for lowering and lifting the instrument;At the same time,a set of logging surface system that can be used outdoors at low temperature(≥-30℃)is developed for depth correction,curve display,playback and processing of logging data.After the completion of the development of this set of equipment,field tests and applications were carried out in the completed high-temperature geothermal wells in guludi thermal field,Tibet,and accurate down hole data of high-temperature geothermal wells were obtained,which verified the temperature resistance,applicability and stability of the developed high-temperature logging equipment.
