摘  要:为对电磁继电器进行无弧控制,基于自然换流原理分析无弧控制系统的拓扑和工作原理,给出无弧控制下延时和阈值电流等时序参数的选取原则;在形成无弧继电器样机基础上,通过搭建交直流380 V的试验系统,对无弧继电器进行试验测试;通过典型负载下的寿命试验,研究影响无弧继电器性能的关键参数;对无弧继电器的故障类型进行分析,给出危害较大的故障如短路故障保护方法,并进行试验验证。结果表明:无弧控制虽然使得继电器吸合时间增大4 ms,释放时间增大10 ms,减缓了动作速度,但解决了电弧烧蚀问题,将继电器的电寿命提高1倍;无弧继电器性能主要受机械触点接触电阻和电流转移速度的影响;无弧继电器具有较好的可靠性,且在短路情况下具有较高的安全性。In order to achieve the arc-free control of the electromagnetic relay,the topology and working principle of the arc-free control system were analyzed based on the principle of natural current commutation,and the selection principles of timing parameters such as delay time and threshold current under arc-free control were given.Based on the prototype of arc-free relay,an AC/DC 380 V test system was built to experimentally test the arc-free relay.Through the life test under typical load,the key parameters affecting the performance of the arc-free relay were analyzed.The fault types of arc-free relay were analyzed,and the protection methods for more harmful faults such as short circuit faults were given and verified by experiments.The test results show that although the arc-free control increases the relay′s pull-in time by 4 ms and release time by 10 ms,slowing down the action speed,it solves the problem of arc erosion and improves the electrical life of the relay by one time.The performance of arc-free relay is mainly affected by the mechanical contact resistance and current transfer speed.Arc-free relay has good reliability and safety in short circuit.
