摘 要:螺旋流对保障输气管道中天然气水合物颗粒安全流动有显著效果。利用ANSYS软件对以四叶扭带起旋的水平管道中气固两相螺旋流动进行了数值模拟研究。采用DPM模型和RNG k-ε模型研究了雷诺数和颗粒直径对水平管内不同横截面的速度场、颗粒体积分数分布、旋流数的影响。研究结果表明:颗粒轴向速度的极大值出现在管道的中心位置;切向速度峰值在距离管道中心0.4D附近。对比发现,扭率为5.6单叶扭带管道比无扭带管道的颗粒携带距离提高了约2.1倍,而四叶片扭带管道的颗粒携带能力比无扭带管道提高了约2.9倍,颗粒携带效果较普通扭带相比提升了26%。扭带扭率相同,则初始旋流数S_(0)相同,四叶片扭带旋流数衰减速度小于普通扭带,雷诺数越大,旋流数衰减越慢;颗粒粒径的变化对旋流数变化规律影响不大。The spiral flow has a significant effect on ensuring the safe flow of natural gas hydrate particles in gas pipelines.ANSYS software was used to numerically simulate the spiral flow of gas-solid two-phase in a horizontal tube with a four-lobed twisting belt.The effects of Reynolds number and particle diameter on velocity fields,particle volume fraction concentration and spin number of different cross-sections in horizontal tubes were studied by DPM model and RNG k-epsilon model.The simulation results show that the maximum value of the axial velocity of the particles appears in the center position of the pipe.The peak tangential speed is near 0.4D from the center of the pipe.It is found by comparison that the particle carrying distance of single-blade twist-belt pipe with a torsion rate of 5.6 is about 2.1 times higher than that of non-twist-belt pipe,and the particle carrying distance of four-blade twist pipe is about 2.9 times higher than that of the non-twist-belt pipe,and the particle carrying effect is 26%higher than that of the ordinary twist belt.If the torsion rate of the torsion band is the same,the initial number of spins S_(0) is the same,and the decay rate of the number of spins in the four-blade twist belt is lower than that of the ordinary torsion belt,the larger the number of Reynolds,the slower the decay of the number of spins,the change of particle size has little effect on the change of the number of spins.
