摘 要:埋地钢质管道的外防腐层完整性,直接影响管道本质安全,需定期开展外防腐层检测,但不同的检测方法得到的结果差异较大。因此,需根据管道及敷设环境特性,优选管道外防腐层缺陷检测方法。对一条相继穿过生态湿地、芦苇荡、沙漠土质等复杂环境的管道,分别采用ACVG法、DCVG法、人体阻容检测法、PCM法实施外防腐层检测,并将直接开挖目视检测的结果与以上4种检测方法对比。结果表明,采用PCM配合ACVG方法,对复杂环境下埋地管道外防腐层缺陷检测具有很好的适用性。The integrity of the external anti-corrosion coating of buried steel pipelines directly affects the intrinsic safety of the pipeline,and external anti-corrosion coating testing needs to be carried out regularly,but the results obtained by different testing methods are different.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the pipeline and the laying environment,the defect detection method of the outer anti-corrosion layer of the pipeline should be selected.For a pipeline that successively passed through complex environments such as ecological wetlands,reeds,desert soil,etc.,the ACVG method,DCVG method,human body resistance capacitance detection method,and PCM method were used to detect the outer anti-corrosion layer,and the results of the direct excavation visual inspection were compared with the results of the above four detection methods.The results show that the use of PCM combined with ACVG method has excellent applicability for defect detection of external anti-corrosion coating of buried pipelines in complex environments.
