摘  要:特高压GIL用金属波纹补偿器的气密性要求为年泄漏率≤0.1%,焊缝部分年泄漏量为0,高于国家标准规定年泄漏率≤0.5%的要求,而电力行业传统采用的SF_(6)气体嗅探技术和真空箱式氦检技术,均存在优缺点,很难用一种检测技术,满足GIL产品的气密性检测的要求。文中通过采用真空箱式氦检技术与SF_(6)气体嗅探技术相结合,满足了工程要求,并应用于实际产品制造,表明了此种检测方法可以保证特高压GIL用产品气密性质量。The air tightness requirement of UHV GIL with metal corrugated compensator is that the annual leakage rate is less than or equal to 0.1%,the annual leakage of the weld part is 0,higher than the national standard annual leakage rate of less than 0.5%,SF_(6) gas sniffing technology and vacuum box helium detection technology traditionally adopted in power industry all exist advantages and disadvantages,it is difficult to use a detection technology meeting the requirements of gas tightness detection of GIL products.In this paper,vacuum box helium detection technology was combined with SF_(6) gas sniffing technology,which met the engineering requirements,and was applied to the actual product manufacturing.It shows that this detection method can ensure the gas tightness quality of UHV GIL products.
