摘 要:文中设计一种适用于高压工况下的井上旋流除砂装置,对其满足连续作业以及高压运行进行工艺设计,利用ANSYS中的Fluent流体分析软件对旋流分离器主要的结构尺寸进行数值模拟优化,结合气田现场实际工况,确定旋流分离器最优结构尺寸。现场实际运行情况表明,该装置可以实现100μm以上颗粒的全部分离,50μm以上颗粒的80%分离;工艺流程满足高压不间断作业要求,撬装连接,便于转场作业,可以降低砂粒对下游集输管线的冲蚀危害,避免气田安全事故的发生。This paper designed a kind of cyclone sand removal device suitable for high pressure condition,and designed the technology to meet the continuous operation and high pressure operation,the main structure size of cyclone separator was optimized by numerical simulation using Fluent fluid analysis software in ANSYS,and the optimal structure size of cyclone separator was determined combined with the actual working condition of gas field.According to the actual operation on site,the device can realize all separation of particles above 100μm and 80%separation of particles above 50μm.The process flow meets the requirements of high-pressure uninterrupted operation,skid-mounted connection is convenient for transition operation,which can reduce the erosion hazard of sand particles to downstream gathering and transportation pipelines and effectively avoid the occurrence of gas field safety accidents.
