彩礼流动视野下的村庄治理秩序——基于两个典型案例的比较研究

摘　　要：借鉴既有研究成果,基于地方治理视角,运用案例比较方法,本研究遵从“观念—主体—结果”的分析路径,研究彩礼流动视野下村庄治理秩序的形成逻辑和演化规律,以丰富政治社会学跨学科研究的知识版图和地方话语。通过两个典型案例比较进一步探寻发现,Y村内生性规范较强,彩礼的双向流动促进了社会关系的联结,村庄秩序稳定;W村内生性规范较弱,彩礼的单向流动冲击和破坏了乡风文明,文化秩序异变导致农村家庭经济紊乱,延致村庄治理失序。最后,借助“经济发展—社会结构—文化秩序—价值观念”的关联机制性回塑,窥探影响村庄治理秩序形构的内在要因,并提出创新基层政府治理方式的对策建议。On the basis of existing research results and from the perspective of local governance,this case-comparison study a-dopts the analysis approach of“concept-subject-result”to discuss the generative logic and evolutionary law of village governance order from the perspective of the flow of betrothal gifts so as to enrich the knowledge sources and local discourse of the interdisci-plinary research of political sociology.Through the comparison of two typical cases,it concludes that the endogenous norms of Y village are strong,the two-way flow of betrothal gifts promotes the connection of social relations,and the village order is sta-ble.However,the endogenous norms of W Village are weak,its one-way flow of betrothal gifts has impacted and destroyed the rural civilization,the turbulent change of cultural order has led to the economic disorder of rural families and the disorder of vil-lage governance.Finally,with the help of the correlation mechanism of“economic development-social structure-cultural order-values”,this paper explores the internal factors affecting the order structure of village governance,and puts forward some cop-ing measures and suggestions to innovate the governance model of the grass-roots government.
