摘 要:“水包水”离子凝胶化法制备亚微米粒具有环保等优点.传统微球制备方式成本高,操作繁琐,而微流控装置有望提升微球制备模式.该实验以明胶和无水乙醇为实验原料,通过微流控装置制备“水包水”型的明胶亚微米粒,研究了明胶溶液的质量分数、第一相针头伸入第二相针头的距离、固化方式、测量时间、处理方式等因素对亚微米粒粒径大小和单分散性的影响.结果表明,在明胶溶液质量分数为2%,第一相针头伸入第二相针头的距离为7.5 mm时,可以得到平均粒径较小,单分散性较好的明胶亚微米粒.实验结果为制备“水包水”型单分散性好的纳米粒子提供依据.Preparation of the gelation submicrospheres by“water in water”has some advantages such as environmental protection.Traditional microspheres preparation methods are expensive and cumbersome,however,microfluidic device is expected to improve the preparation mode of microspheres.In this experiment,gelatin and absolute ethanol were used as experimental raw materials to prepare gelatin submicrospheres by“water in water”through a microfluidic device.The effects of the mass fraction of gelatin submicrospheres,the distance between the first phase needle and the second phase needle,curing mode,measurement time,treatment mode,as well as other factors on the size and monodispersity of the submicrospheres were studied.The result shows when the mass fraction of gelatin solution was 2%,with the distance between the first phase needle and the second phase needle of 7.5 mm,the gelatin submicrospheres was able to generate small size and good monodispersity.The experimental results provided references for preparation of nanospheres by“water in water”with good monodispersity.
