摘 要:研究了常用的速凝剂与掺合料双掺对水泥浆体凝结时间和砂浆力学强度的影响规律,创新性地提出了速凝剂与掺合料相容性的评价方法——f(a)值法。结果表明:当4种掺合料的掺量不超过10%时,掺合料对速凝剂的速凝效果不会产生显著影响。在4种掺合料中,硅灰与速凝剂双掺有利于提高胶砂各龄期的强度(8h、1d和28d),其他3种掺合料在掺量不超过10%时对胶砂强度的影响较小。通过计算对比f(a)值的大小,得到掺合料与速凝剂的相容性由好到差依次为:硅灰、石灰石粉、矿粉、粉煤灰。The study of the common quick-setting agent and dopant double blending on the cement slurry setting time and mortar mechanical strength of the law,innovative proposed a quick-setting agent and dopant compatibility evaluation method-f(a)value method.The results show that when the amount of the four admixtures does not exceed 10%,the admixture does not have a significant effect on the quick-setting effect of the quick-setting agent.Among the four admixtures,the double admixture of silica fume and quick-setting agent is beneficial to improve the strength of the colloidal sand at all ages(8h,1d and 28d),and the other three admixtures have less effect on the strength of the colloidal sand when the admixture does not exceed 10%.By calculating and comparing the magnitude of f(a)values,the compatibility of admixtures with quick-setting agents was obtained from good to bad,in the following order:silica fume,limestone powder,mineral powder,and fly ash.
