摘  要:通过对透水混凝土切片磨光并拍摄图像,利用IMAGE J分析软件与超景深三维系统对透水混凝土的上、中、下切面进行测量分析,获得切面孔隙率与内部孔隙结构等参数,分析2种促凝剂对透水混凝土孔隙率、抗压强度、透水系数的影响。结果表明:2种促凝剂均可显著提高透水混凝土的抗压强度,其中透水混凝土的7d抗压强度增强效果更为明显,B组、C组的抗压强度分别增加65.4%和77.0%,其增强最佳掺量为3%;通过观察部位切片和实测切面孔隙率,发现2种促凝剂均可改善透水混凝土的底部堵浆现象,同时在1.5%掺量下透水系数增长最大,B组、C组的透水系数分别增加138.9%、108.3%;通过优选制备出28d抗压强度高达42.5MPa且透水系数为2.26mm/s的透水混凝土,可用于城市公路主路施工建设。By grinding the pervious concrete slices and taking images,the upper,middle and lower sections of the pervious concrete were measured and analyzed by using IMAGE J analysis software and super depth-of-field 3D system to obtain parameters such as porosity and internal pore structure of the sections,and analyze the effects of two kinds of promoters on the porosity,compressive strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete.The results show that both promoters can significantly improve the compressive strength of pervious concrete,in which the 7d compressive strength enhancement of pervious concrete is more obvious,and the compressive strengths of group B and C increase by 65.4%and 77.0%respectively,and the best dosage of their enhancement is 3%;by observing the section of the site and the actual measurement of the porosity of the section,it is found that both promoters can improve the bottom plugging phenomenon of pervious concrete,while the permeability coefficient increased the most under 1.5%admixture,and the permeability coefficients of group B and C increased 138.9%and 108.3%respectively;the permeable concrete with 28d compressive strength up to 42.5MPa and permeability coefficient of 2.26mm/s was prepared by preferential selection,which can be used in the construction of urban highway main roads.
