摘 要:文章以TDN-128B短纤倍捻机为例,结合实践经验细节,通过理论推导、设备研究、工艺选配、操作方法等多角度对生产系统进行研究,逐一分析倍捻生产中常见的捻度误差、捻不匀、气圈及张力、蛛网纱、弱捻、“小辫子纱”等问题产生原因,指出全面把握好工艺参数制定、工艺调整、设备维护、操作规范化等工作,对于减少各类纱线不良,提高产品质量水平非常重要。In this paper,common TDN-128B staple double twister was taken as an example,and the details of practical experience was taken into consideration.The production system was deeply analyzed and discussed from the aspects of theoretical derivation,equipment research,process selection and operation methods.The common problems in double twist production,such as twist error,twist irregularity,balloon and tension,cob-webbing,weak twist and snarly yarn,were analyzed.It pointed out that a comprehensive grasp of the formulation of process parameters,the adjustment of process,the maintenance of equipment,the standardization of operation and other aspects is the key to reduce yarn defects,and improve the level of output and quality.
