空气层高度对罗纹空气层织物性能的影响

摘　　要：为了研究空气层高度对罗纹空气层织物性能的影响,本文在12G横机上设计编织了不同空气层高度的罗纹空气层类织物,并测试和分析了空气层高度对织物保暖性、透气性、悬垂性和顶破强力的影响。结果表明:空气层高度对罗纹空气层类织物的性能影响较大,空气层高度为两横列时织物的保暖性和强力最好,透气性和悬垂性最差,可用于秋冬季外衣的设计。In order to study the effect of air layer height on the properties of rib air layer fabric,rib air layer fabrics with different air layer height were designed and knitted on 12G flat knitting machine,and the effects of air layer height on fabric warmth retention,air permeability,drapability and bursting strength were tested and analyzed.The results show that the air layer height has a great influence on the properties of rib air layer fabrics.When the air layer height is in two rows,the fabric has the best warmth retention and strength,and the worst air permeability and drapability.It can be used in the design of autumn and winter coats.
