摘　　要：文章针对医用绷带及搓澡巾布等绷带类织物在剑杆织机上高速织造过程中,绞边纱线断头率高、织造效率低的问题,探索了多种穿纱方式,增加了可调整同步且具有特定运动规律的压纱综,改变了调试工艺参数,实践表明:采用如上措施后,解决了绞边纱线断头问题,门幅190 cm的织机运行速度能够达到500 rpm,织造效率也明显提升。In view of the problems of high end breakage rate and low weaving efficiency of hemmed yarn in the high-speed weaving process of bandage fabric,such as medical bandages and scrub towel fabrics weaved on rapier looms,a variety of threading methods were explored.A yarn pressing harness with adjustable synchronization and specific motion law was added,and the debugging process parameters were changed.The practice shows that with the above measures adopted,the end breakage problem of hemmed yarn is solved,and the running speed of the loom with a fabric width of 190 cm can reach 500 rpm.Weaving efficiency is also significantly improved.
