摘  要:郑州万滩黄河公铁大桥(112+6×168+112)m连续钢桁梁为长联大跨连续钢桁梁,为了保证其顺利架设,采用有限元分析法和施工监控这两种方法来研究临时墩的应力和变形。首先,在Midas Civil软件中建立连续钢桁梁和临时墩模型,分析各个临时墩在钢桁梁架设施工过程中的受力情况,并验算其应力和变形。然后,根据分析结果,制定和实施临时墩的监控方案。最后,分析施工监控结果,确保临时墩的安全。研究表明,临时墩中各个构件的最大应力均小于其容许应力,其中最大弯曲应力为123.85 MPa,小于容许应力140 MPa,最大轴应力为71.15 MPa,小于容许应力135 MPa;各分配梁的最大挠度均小于其容许挠度,其中最大挠度为5.00 mm,小于容许挠度l/400;同时,临时墩应力的实验值(最大值为77.59 MPa)始终小于其容许应力135 MPa。The(112+6×168+112)m continuous steel truss girder of Zhengzhou Wantan Yellow River highway-railway bridge is a long-span continuous steel truss girder.In order to ensure the success of the erection of the steel truss girder,stresses and deformations of temporary piers were adopted by two methods:finite element analysis and construction monitoring.First,the finite element models of continuous steel truss girder and temporary pier were established in the Midas Civil software to analyze the stress of each temporary pier in the erection process of steel truss girder,and the stress and deformation of the temporary pier were checked.Then,according to the analysis results,the monitoring scheme for the temporary pier was formulated and implemented.Finally,the construction monitoring results were analyzed to ensure the safety of temporary piers.The results show that,the maximum stress of each component in the temporary pier is less than its allowable stress,of which the maximum bending stress is 123.85 MPa,which is less than the allowable stress of 140 MPa,and the maximum axial stress is 71.15 MPa,which is less than its allowable stress of 135 MPa.And the maximum deflection of each distribution beam was less than its allowable deflection.The maximum deflection is 5.00 mm,which is less than the allowable deflection l/400.At the same time,the experimental values of stress of the temporary piers(the maximum value is 77.59 MPa)are always less than its allowable stress 135 MPa.
