摘 要:催化燃烧技术是去除大气中甲苯等对人体和环境有危害的挥发性有机物的一种有效方法。为改善催化燃烧技术用的铜锰催化剂在普通共沉淀制备中Cu-Mn元素分布不均匀的问题,进行了撞击流-旋转填料床结合液相共沉淀法制备铜锰催化剂的研究。分析了撞击初速和超重力因子对铜锰催化剂催化燃烧甲苯性能的影响;同时,在较适宜的制备条件下,采用Laman、H_(2)-TPR等表征手段分析了催化剂的物理化学性质。结果表明:适宜的工艺参数为撞击初速5.31 m/s、超重力因子105.81。在此条件下制备的催化剂表现出良好的催化燃烧活性(t_(90)=215℃),相较于传统搅拌釜制备的铜锰复合催化剂的t_(90)降低了12℃。Laman和H_(2)-TPR结果表明,撞击流-旋转填料床强大的传质和液液微观混合能力使得催化剂具有更为均匀的Cu-Mn元素分布和更强的Cu-Mn协同作用。在适宜的IS-RPB操作参数下制备的催化剂经过40 h的稳定性测试后,依然表现出较高的催化燃烧甲苯性能。Volatile organic compounds such as toluene are very harmful to human health and the ecological environment.Catalytic combustion technology is an effective method to remove volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere.In order to improve the problem of Cu-Mn element distribution in traditional co-precipitation preparation of copper-manganese catalysts used in catalytic combustion technology,an impinging flow-rotating packed bed combined with liquid phase co-precipitation method was proposed to prepare copper-manganese catalyst.The effects of initial impact velocity and hypergravity factor on the catalytic performance of Cu-Mn catalyst for toluene combustion were studied;under suitable preparation conditions,the physical and chemical properties of the catalyst were analyzed by Laman and H_(2)-TPR.The results show that the suitable process parameters are initial impact velocity 5.31 m/s and supergravity factor 105.81.The catalyst prepared under this condition exhibits good catalytic combustion activity(t_(90)=215℃),which is 12℃lower than that of the copper-manganese composite catalyst prepared in a traditional stirred tank.The results of Laman and H_(2)-TPR show that the strong mass transfer and liquid-liquid micro-mixing ability of impinging flow-rotating packed bed makes the catalyst have more uniform Cu-Mn element distribution and stronger Cu-Mn synergy.After 40 h stability test,the catalyst prepared under suitable IS-RPB operating parameters still showed high catalytic combustion performance of toluene.
