摘 要:在轻武器靶道分布式全弹道测试的时钟同步中,时钟同步的精度会随着节点的增多、通信路径的延长以及晶振的老化和温漂而降低,同时稳定性也随之变差。为实现靶道内分布式时钟网络±300 ns的同步精度,在研究IEEE1588协议实现原理的基础上,分析了由晶振引起的误差,使用温补晶振来抑制温漂,将带有PTP协议的交换机与主从时钟进行交互并利用透明时钟来计算驻留时间。在自主搭建的层次拓扑和线性拓扑两种不同结构的分布式网络系统中,考虑了系统运行中可能遇到的问题,使用限幅平均滤波提高了系统的抗干扰性,探究并验证了时钟同步结果出现波动的原因,并将同步精度由±300 ns提升至±30 ns。实验结果表明,在跨两级交换机的情况下,主从时钟的同步精度能长时间稳定在±120 ns,最优情况下能稳定在±30 ns,且具有较强的抗干扰能力,可满足靶道测试所需的精度级别。In the clock synchronization of distributed full trajectory test of light weapon ballistic range,the accuracy of clock synchronization decreased with the increase of nodes,the extension of communication path and the aging and temperature drift of crystal oscillator,and the stability deteriorated.In order to achieve the synchronization accuracy of±300 ns of the distributed clock network in the ballistic range,in the basis of analyzing the implementation principle of IEEE1588 protocol,the error caused by the crystal oscillator was analyzed,and the temperature compensated crystal oscillator was used to suppress the temperature drift,at the same time,the switch with PTP protocol was used to interact with the master-slave clock and the transparent clock was used to calculate the dwell time.In the distributed network system with two different structures of hierarchical topology and linear topology,considering the problems encountered in the system operation,the anti-interference performance of the system was improved by using amplitude limiting average filtering,and the fluctuation reasons of clock synchronization results was explored and verified.The synchronization accuracy was improved from±300 ns to±30 ns.The experimental results show that the synchronization accuracy of master-slave can be stabilized at±120 ns for a long time in the case of two stage switches,and can be stabilized at±30 ns in the optimal case,and the system has strong anti-interference capability,so it can meet the accuracy level required for target channel testing.
