摘 要:为了满足体育竞赛对高精度冰刀的需求,提出一种高精度冰刀磨削加工的激光在线测量技术。通过线激光传感器在线测量冰刀刀刃轮廓,对测量数据进行低通滤波、小波滤波及中值滤波的组合滤波处理,利用正弦函数对处理结果进行数据拟合,拟合结果与测量数据的误差在0.01 mm以内,重复测量误差在0.004 mm以内,利用项目研制的高精度数控冰刀磨床加工一段半径R=21 000 mm的冰刀圆弧,这段圆弧的粗糙度达到0.3μm、圆度达到4.1μm。采用激光传感器测量该段圆弧,验证测量数据处理的准确性,得出激光测量结果与标准曲线精度误差在0.007 mm以内,满足高精度冰刀在线测量与加工的要求。In order to meet the demand of high precision ice blades in sports competition,this paper proposes a laser online measurement technology for high precision ice blades grinding.The profile of ice blade is measured online by line laser sensor,and the combination filtering of low-pass filtering,wavelet filtering and median filtering is processed for the measurement data.The sinusoidal function is used to fit the data.The error between the fitting result and the measurement data is within 0.01 mm,and the error of repeated measurement is within 0.004 mm.A section of ice blade arc with radius R=21 000 mm was processed by the high-precision CNC ice blade grinder developed in the project.The roughness and roundness of this section of arc reached 0.3 μm and 4.1 μm.Then using the laser measurement of the arc,to verify the accuracy of the measurement data processing.Comparing the laser measurement results with the standard curve,the accuracy error is within 0.007 mm.
