摘　　要：科学技术是推动人类社会发展的革命性力量。科技创新是提高社会生产力、提升国际竞争力、增强综合国力、保障国家安全的战略支撑,必须坚持其在中国式现代化建设全局中的核心地位。从历史演进来看,科教兴国中的科技角色经历了从“服务国家建设”到“提高社会生产力和综合国力的重要支撑”,再到教育、科技、人才三位一体成为“全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑”的过程。当代科技发展日益呈现交叉融合趋势,是解放和发展生产力的重要基础和标志,在新科技革命时代呈现出渗透性、扩散性和重塑性等特征。党的二十大面向新时代,教育、科技、人才三位一体的战略部署为新时期科技角色作用的发挥指明了方向。通过教育、科技、人才三位一体的联动发展,科教兴国战略必将赋能中国式现代化新征程。Science and technology is a revolutionary force that drives the development of human society.Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support for improving social productivity,international competitiveness,composite national strength and safeguarding national security,so we must adhere to its core position in the overall situation of Chinese modernization.From the perspective of historical evolution,the role of science and technology in invigorating China through science and technology has gone through the process from“serving national construction”to“being an important support for improving social productivity and composite national strength”,and then to the stage that science and technology,education and human resources have become“the foundational and strategic pillars for building a modern socialist country in all aspects”.The development of contemporary science and technology is increasingly showing the trend of interdisciplinary integration,which is an important basis and symbol for liberating and developing productive forces and presents the characteristics of permeability,diffusion and remoldability in the era of new scientific and technological revolution.Strategic decisions made at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China about the importance of science and technology,education and human resources in the new era point out the direction for the role of science and technology in the new period.With the joint development of science and technology,education and human resources,the strategy of invigorating China through science and education will surely enable China to embark on a new journey of Chinese modernization.
