摘　　要：施工导流属水利工程中的临时工程,虽其涉及的均为工程中的临时建筑物,但对整个主体工程能否顺利开展和完工建成起到决定性作用。文章对沧江水利枢纽重建工程施工过程中的施工导流方案、一期纵向围堰形式和施工期防洪度汛等关键设计问题进行分析总结,相关经验可为同类工程的设计提供参考。Construction diversion is a temporary project in water conservancy project.Although the projects involved are all temporary buildings in the project,it plays a decisive role in the smooth development and completion of the whole main project.This paper analyzes and summarizes the key design issues such as the construction diversion scheme,the type of the first phase longitudinal cofferdam and the flood control during the construction period of the reconstruction project of Cangjiang Water Control Project.Relevant experience can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
