摘  要:该文针对某立式X流道双向泵站快速闸门闭门速度较慢的问题,进行理论分析,现场测试,工厂试验,查找闭门时间较长的原因,发现引起快速闸门闭门较慢的主要原因是闭式启闭机整机阻力偏大,配套启闭机电机容量偏小,并提出了整改方案。整改后,机组快速闸门断流时间控制在1 min以内,成功解决了问题,为机组安全停机增添了保护屏障,研究成果可为X流道双向泵站的设计及运管方式提供借鉴。In this paper,theoretical analysis,field measurement and equipment factory test were carried out to find out the reason for the long closing time on the closing problem of fast gate of a vertical X-channel bidirectional pumping station.It was found that the main reason for the slow closing of the fast gate was that the overall resistance of the closed hoist was too large and the motor capacity of the matched hoist was too small.A rectification plan was proposed.The results show that after the rectification,the fast gate cutoff time of the unit is controlled within 1 min,which successfully solves the problem and adds a protective barrier for the safe shutdown of the unit.This paper provides an important reference for the design and transportation of X-channel bidirectional pump station.
