摘 要:考察了反应溶剂、反应体系pH值、反应温度、反应时间等对含镁脉石矿物的新型胶体抑制剂(FN)合成的影响,对FN进行产品分析及性能测试,并采用FN进行浮选行为试验。结果表明,在选择水+丙酮作为溶剂、体系pH=5.0~6.5、环境温度20℃、反应时间48h的条件下,合成的FN稳定性较好;跟常规抑制剂水玻璃和CMC相比,FN能大幅度地降低精矿中氧化镁含量,但是在抑制镁的过程中也使镍铜的回收率损失比较大,综合考虑可将常规抑制剂与FN组合使用。结合现场工艺流程及药剂制度,采用“预先脱泥—铜镍混浮—铜镍分离”的工艺流程进行了闭路试验,以水玻璃+FN作为含镁脉石矿物的组合抑制剂。闭路试验结果表明,水玻璃+FN对含镁脉石具有较好的抑制效果。The effects of reaction solvent,pH value of reaction system,reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of new colloidal depressants(FN)for magnesium-bearing gangue minerals were investigated.Product analysis and performance test were carried out on FN,and flotation behavior test was carried out on FN.The results showed that under the conditions of water+acetone as solvent,pH=5.0—6.5,ambient temperature 20℃and reaction time 48h,the synthesized FN had good stability.Compared with the conventional depressants of sodium silicate and CMC,FN can significantly reduce the content of magnesium oxide in concentrate,but in the process of depressing magnesium,the recovery of nickel and copper is also relatively large.Considering the comprehensive consideration,the combination of conventional depressants and FN can be used.Combined with the field technological process and reagent system,closed-circuit tests were carried out using the technological process of"pre-deslimingcopper-nickel bulk flotation-copper-nickel separation",and sodium silicate+FN was used as the combination depressant of magnesium-bearing gangue minerals.The closed-circuit test results show that sodium silicate+FN has a better depression effect on gangue containing magnesium.
