摘　　要：重点研究了PE蜡包覆处理的铝颜料、二氧化硅包覆处理的铝颜料、丙烯酸树脂包覆处理的铝颜料和未包覆处理的铝颜料在聚丙烯中的分散性、Lab值以及冲击性能的影响。结果显示,未包覆处理的铝颜料在PP中白亮度(L值)最差,其在PP中分散性也差,因此,铝颜料应用于PP塑料中需要做表面包覆处理。This paper focuses on the influence of dispersion,Lab value and impact property of aluminum pigments coated in PE wax,silica,acrylic resin and uncoated in polypropylene.The results show that the aluminum pigment without coating treatment has the worst white brightness(L value)in PP,and its dispersion in PP is also poor.Therefore,the application of aluminum pigment in PP plastic needs surface coating treatment.
