摘 要:循环流化床锅炉因具有运行高效、可靠及燃煤选择范围广等特点,被广泛应用于供热、电力、化工等多个领域,但其水冷壁易磨损,成为制约锅炉使用寿命的主要原因。我公司自备电厂共5台循环流化床锅炉,出力自75 t/h至180 t/h不等,经过对水冷壁防磨技术的不断摸索,现引入主动导流技术的防护方案,结合其他手段,最终解决了循环流化床锅炉使用中的磨损问题,有效延长了锅炉运行周期。Circulating fluidized bed boiler is widely used in many fields such as heat supply,electric power and chemical industry due to its high efficiency and reliability in operation and wide range of coal selection.However,its water wall is easy to wear and tear,which has also become the main reason restricting the service life of CFB boiler.Our company has five circulating fluidized bed boilers in its own power plant,with output ranging from 75 t/h to 180 t/h.Through continuous exploration of water-cooled wall anti-wear technology,the protection scheme of active diversion technology is introduced,and other means are combined to finally solve the wear problem of circulating fluidized bed boilers in use,effectively ex⁃tending the boiler operation cycle.
