摘  要:针对糖浆及果酱生产过程排放的高浓有机废水,采用分级过滤+射流曝气+外置式MBR+RO组合工艺对废水进行处理。首先采用提篮格栅和转鼓格栅分离废水中的果渣,之后利用射流曝气好氧法去除大部分易降解有机物,COD去除率超过98%。利用外置式超滤进行泥水分离,构建高浓度生化污泥的MBR系统。采用反渗透对超滤清液进行深度处理,反渗透清液回用于生产,膜滤浓缩液纳管排放至园区污水厂,构建近零排放系统。采用高负荷、高充氧方式的外置式MBR工艺处理高浓果酱及糖浆废水,具有处理效果好、效率高、占地小、运行稳定等优点,且大部分废水经深度处理后回用,节水效果显著。For the high concentration organic wastewater discharged from jam and syrup production,the combined pro⁃cess of staged filtration+jet aeration+external MBR+RO is adopted to treat the wastewater.Firstly,basket grid and drum grid are used to separate the fruit residue from the wastewater,and then the jet aeration aerobic method is used to remove most of the easily degradable organics,with a COD removal rate of more than 98%.The external ultrafiltration was used to separate sludge and water,and the MBR system of high concentration biochemical sludge was constructed.The ultrafiltration clear liquid is deeply treated by reverse osmosis.The reverse osmosis clear liquid is reused for produc⁃tion.The membrane filtration concentrated liquid is discharged to the sewage plant in the park through pipes,and a near zero discharge system is constructed.The project adopts the external MBR process with high load and high oxygen⁃ation to treat high concentration jam and syrup wastewater,which has the advantages of good treatment effect,high effi⁃ciency,small land occupation,stable operation,etc.And most of the wastewater is reused after advanced treatment,and the water-saving effect is remarkable.
